Why David Paul Foster Co. in Chino Hills

Polished Concrete done right, the first time, in Chino Hills.

Grinding and polishing the slab you already have into a finished floor — no covering, nothing to replace later. We work Chino Hills from the ridgeline streets down into the canyons on the Orange County side, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply polished concrete across Chino Hills and the surrounding area, including Chino, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.

What's included

  • Ground with progressively finer diamond tooling rather than coated
  • Densified and sealed, so the finish is the slab and not a film on top of it
  • Nothing to delaminate, bubble or peel later
  • Gloss set where you want it, from a low satin to a full reflection
  • Interior slabs, showrooms, offices, retail and warehouse floors
  • Old coatings removed first by our own crews, not subcontracted
Polished Concrete in Chino Hills

Built for Chino Hills homes.

Chino Hills is built across hills, and that shapes nearly every job here. Sloped driveways, terraced yards, stepped patios and retaining walls are the norm rather than the exception, and finishes have to handle grade, drainage and grip as well as looking right.

Grade is the defining constraint. A driveway on a Chino Hills slope needs texture in the finish for grip, and a stepped patio needs color that carries consistently across several levels — which really means doing the whole run as one job rather than in stages over years.

Retaining walls and rock features are common here too, and they are worth thinking about alongside the flatwork. A deck recolored without touching the wall or boulders behind it usually looks half-finished, which is a good part of why rock staining exists as a service for us.

Chino Hills FAQs

Polished Concrete in Chino Hills, questions

Our driveway is steep. What finish is safe on it?

A textured one. Grip on a graded Chino Hills driveway is a specification requirement, not a preference, and we will not put a smooth decorative surface on a steep drive because it looks good in a photograph. There is plenty of choice within textured finishes.

How much shine can I have?

Anything from a low satin through to a mirror finish. It is set by how far up the grit sequence we take it, and we agree that with you before starting.

How is polished concrete different from an epoxy coating?

A coating sits on top of the slab. Polishing is the slab. We grind up through a sequence of finer and finer diamond tooling and densify the surface, so there is no film that can peel, chip or bubble later on.
