Why David Paul Foster Co. in Fontana

Garage Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Fontana.

Flake and solid-color garage floors that survive hot tires, oil and years of use. We work Fontana from the older streets near the Sierra Avenue corridor out to the newer north side tracts, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply garage floor coatings across Fontana and the surrounding area, including Rialto, Jurupa Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside.

What's included

  • Diamond-ground before coating, every time
  • Flake, solid epoxy or stained finishes
  • Oil stains and hot-tire pickup dealt with at the prep stage
  • Single bays, three-car garages, workshops and hobby spaces
  • Old peeling coatings removed rather than covered over
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Garage Floor Coatings in Fontana

Built for Fontana homes.

Fontana runs from long-settled neighborhoods with genuine industrial heritage up to newer developments on the north side. It is also one of the biggest warehouse and distribution centers in Southern California, which means a large share of our Fontana work is on floors measured in acres rather than square feet.

We specify to the actual traffic rather than quoting one system across a whole building. Aisles, dock areas and open storage genuinely do live different lives, and building for that is cheaper over ten years than building uniformly and replacing early.

On the residential side Fontana is hot and largely unshaded, particularly on the newer north side tracts, so exterior work follows the same UV logic as the rest of the inland valley: stains and textured coatings outside, epoxy in the garage.

Fontana FAQs

Garage Floor Coatings in Fontana, questions

Do you lay the safety striping too?

Yes — aisle markings, walkway edges, bay outlines and hazard striping go in as part of the floor rather than being painted over the top afterwards, which is why they wear at the same rate as the coating around them.

My garage floor has years of oil stains. Is it too far gone?

Almost certainly not. Oil sits in the top of the slab and comes out with degreasing and mechanical grinding — that is routine work, not a problem. What we look for on the estimate is whether it has soaked deep enough to keep bleeding back, which is rare and which we would tell you about before you committed to anything.

What is hot-tire pickup and will it happen to mine?

It is when a hot tire bonds to a coating and lifts it off the floor when you pull out. It happens to coatings that never bonded properly in the first place — thin roll-on kits over sealed concrete are the usual culprits. A ground and properly bonded system does not do it.
