Warehouse, plant and distribution floors that take forklift traffic and hold their safety markings. We work Ontario from the historic Euclid Avenue blocks out to the logistics ground near the airport, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply industrial floor coatings across Ontario and the surrounding area, including Upland, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills.

Industrial Floor Coatings in Ontario

Built for Ontario homes.

Ontario pairs a genuinely old city center along Euclid Avenue with one of the largest concentrations of airport-adjacent logistics property in the state. We work both ends: period residential concrete downtown, and very large industrial floors out toward the airport and the freeway.

Downtown, around Euclid, the work is smaller and older — period driveways, porches and patios where staining generally beats coating.

The industrial side is the volume. Airport-adjacent distribution buildings turn over tenants, and every turnover tends to bring a floor that needs stripping before the new occupier coats or polishes it. Coating and mastic removal at that scale is machinery-and-crew work, and it is a service we run for other contractors as well as for building owners directly.

Ontario FAQs

Industrial Floor Coatings in Ontario, questions

Do you work on the older homes around Euclid Avenue?

Yes, and it is a different job entirely from the industrial side. Period concrete downtown usually suits a penetrating stain rather than a coating, so the finish reads as part of the slab rather than a modern film over a hundred-year-old porch.

Our floor takes forklifts and dropped steel. What holds up?

That depends on the specific abuse. Point impact, abrasion from steel wheels and chemical attack are three different problems and they lead to three different builds. Tell us what actually happens on that floor and we will specify for it rather than quoting a standard system and hoping.

Do you lay the safety striping as well?

Yes. Aisle markings, walkways, bay outlines and hazard striping go in as part of the floor rather than being painted on afterwards, which is why they last as long as the coating around them instead of wearing off within the year.
