Industrial Floor Coatings in Chino, done right.
Warehouse, plant and distribution floors that take forklift traffic and hold their safety markings. We work Chino from the agricultural edge on the south side up to the newer neighborhoods near the Preserve, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.
We apply industrial floor coatings across Chino and the surrounding area, including Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.
What's included
- Hard-wearing systems for machine shops, warehouses and plant floors
- Safety striping, walkways and bay marking laid in as part of the floor
- Chemical and impact resistance specified to the actual process on the floor
- Phased and out-of-hours work to keep a facility running
- Old coatings and mastic removed by our own crews first
- Fifty years of large-area preparation
Built for Chino homes.
Chino still has genuine agricultural ground on its southern edge alongside newer residential development, and it carries a substantial amount of light industrial and equestrian property. That mix means we do barn and yard concrete here as often as we do garage floors.
Chino sits at the western end of the inland valley and takes plenty of summer heat, so exterior finishes follow the same rule as everywhere else on this side of the county: nothing that ambers under UV.
Equestrian and agricultural concrete is its own problem. Barn aisles, wash racks and feed areas take constant moisture, manure and chemical wash-down, and they need slip resistance while wet more than they need to look impressive. Specifying those floors like a garage is a mistake.

Industrial Floor Coatings in Chino, questions
Do you cover the newer developments as well?
All of Chino. The Preserve and the newer neighborhoods mostly bring young, sound slabs that were left bare when the houses were built and are now being finished properly — garage floors, patios and pool decks.
Do you lay the safety striping as well?
Yes. Aisle markings, walkways, bay outlines and hazard striping go in as part of the floor rather than being painted on afterwards, which is why they last as long as the coating around them instead of wearing off within the year.
How do you handle a floor that has oil soaked into it?
Carefully, and honestly. Machine shop slabs can hold decades of oil. Mechanical removal and degreasing get most floors clean enough, but some areas keep bleeding and need a different approach or an accepted compromise. We would rather have that conversation at the estimate than watch a coating lift over the press pit six months later.
