Why David Paul Foster Co. in Chino

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Chino.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Chino from the agricultural edge on the south side up to the newer neighborhoods near the Preserve, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Chino and the surrounding area, including Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Chino

Built for Chino homes.

Chino still has genuine agricultural ground on its southern edge alongside newer residential development, and it carries a substantial amount of light industrial and equestrian property. That mix means we do barn and yard concrete here as often as we do garage floors.

Chino sits at the western end of the inland valley and takes plenty of summer heat, so exterior finishes follow the same rule as everywhere else on this side of the county: nothing that ambers under UV.

Equestrian and agricultural concrete is its own problem. Barn aisles, wash racks and feed areas take constant moisture, manure and chemical wash-down, and they need slip resistance while wet more than they need to look impressive. Specifying those floors like a garage is a mistake.

Chino FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Chino, questions

Do you cover the newer developments as well?

All of Chino. The Preserve and the newer neighborhoods mostly bring young, sound slabs that were left bare when the houses were built and are now being finished properly — garage floors, patios and pool decks.

How long does an epoxy floor take?

A residential garage is typically a couple of days including the grind and the cure between coats. Commercial floors depend on square footage and how much old material has to come off first. Dave gives you real dates on the estimate, and our own crew works them — nothing is handed to a subcontractor whose schedule we do not control.

Is epoxy the right choice for a floor in full sun?

Not always, and this is worth saying plainly. Standard epoxy ambers and chalks under direct UV. For exterior slabs and anything with sun on it all day we will usually steer you to a different system — a stain, a textured coating or a UV-stable topcoat. Fifty years in inland California has made that a fairly quick conversation.
