Why David Paul Foster Co. in Upland

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Upland.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Upland from the Euclid Avenue median up toward the foothill streets below the San Gabriels, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Upland and the surrounding area, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Chino Hills.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Upland

Built for Upland homes.

Upland sits at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains with a well-preserved older core and a lot of established, mature-landscaped residential streets. The concrete tends to be older, well cared for, and attached to houses where the owners care what the finish looks like.

Shade matters here too, in a good way. Mature trees mean a lot of Upland patios are not taking the full unshaded sun that Moreno Valley or Fontana patios take, which widens the range of finishes that will hold their color.

Upland work skews decorative and it skews careful. These are established properties with mature landscaping, and the concrete has to sit with what is already there rather than announce itself. Staining tends to beat coating for that, because color in the slab reads quieter than color on top of it.

Upland FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Upland, questions

Do you work up in San Antonio Heights?

Yes. The foothill properties get colder winter nights than down in the valley, so we look a bit harder at existing cracking before recommending an overlay, but it is normal work.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?

We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.

How long does an epoxy floor take?

A residential garage is typically a couple of days including the grind and the cure between coats. Commercial floors depend on square footage and how much old material has to come off first. Dave gives you real dates on the estimate, and our own crew works them — nothing is handed to a subcontractor whose schedule we do not control.
