Concrete Coating Removal in Wildomar

Built for Wildomar homes.

Wildomar is home. Our yard is on Grand Avenue, which makes this the one city where Dave can look at a slab on the way back from another job. It is a young city on old ground — incorporated in 2008, but the ranch parcels and horse property along Palomar and Bundy Canyon long predate that, and so does a good deal of the concrete on them.

The work splits two ways. On the newer tract streets the slabs are twenty or thirty years old, still sound, and the owners are looking at tired patios and garage floors rather than failed ones — resurfacing and coating territory. Out on the ranch parcels the concrete is far older, poured in stages across decades, and it needs an honest assessment before anything goes over the top of it.

What every job here shares is sun. Inland southwest Riverside County gets long, hot, dry summers, and a pool deck or driveway in Wildomar sits under all of it. That rules out finishes that would be perfectly good in a garage, and it pushes color choices lighter than most people first reach for.

Wildomar FAQs

Concrete Coating Removal in Wildomar, questions

Do you work on horse property and ranch parcels out here?

Regularly. Barn aisles, wash racks and the long stretches of driveway on the parcels off Bundy Canyon and Palomar are all normal work for us. Older concrete poured in stages needs a proper look first, which is exactly what the on-site estimate is for.

Do you do removal for other contractors?

Yes, and it is a real part of what we do. Plenty of good contractors do not own the removal equipment or do not want to tie a crew up on it. We take the old system off, leave the slab profiled to the spec they need, and they lay their own finish over it. No competition on the finish work — we are there for the removal.

Can you do this inside an occupied building?

Yes. Interior removal is a dust-control problem more than a grinding problem, and we run vacuum-assisted equipment and containment for occupied spaces. It changes the schedule and the price, so tell us up front that the building stays open and we will scope it that way.
