Why David Paul Foster Co. in Wildomar

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Wildomar.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Wildomar from the Grand Avenue corridor out to the ranch lots off Bundy Canyon, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Wildomar and the surrounding area, including Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Hemet.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Wildomar

Built for Wildomar homes.

Wildomar is home. Our yard is on Grand Avenue, which makes this the one city where Dave can look at a slab on the way back from another job. It is a young city on old ground — incorporated in 2008, but the ranch parcels and horse property along Palomar and Bundy Canyon long predate that, and so does a good deal of the concrete on them.

What every job here shares is sun. Inland southwest Riverside County gets long, hot, dry summers, and a pool deck or driveway in Wildomar sits under all of it. That rules out finishes that would be perfectly good in a garage, and it pushes color choices lighter than most people first reach for.

Being based here changes what we can offer. Estimates run Tuesday through Thursday and Dave looks at the concrete himself, and in Wildomar that usually means the same week rather than the next one.

Wildomar FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Wildomar, questions

How hot does a coated patio get through a Wildomar summer?

Cooler than bare gray concrete, and a great deal cooler than dark tile, provided the color is chosen with that in mind. A textured cool-deck finish in a lighter tone is the difference between a patio you use in August and one you only look at. We will push back if you pick a color that is going to cook.

Why does epoxy peel, and how do you stop it?

Epoxy peels for one reason nearly every time: it was put over concrete that was not opened up first. If the slab is sealed, dusty, oily or still holding moisture, the coating has nothing to grip and it lets go in sheets a year or two later. We grind every floor mechanically before a drop of product goes down. That step is most of the cost and all of the reason it lasts.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?

We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.
