Why David Paul Foster Co. in Indio

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Indio.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Indio from the historic downtown out through the golf and resort communities of the Coachella Valley, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Indio and the surrounding area, including Hemet, Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Indio

Built for Indio homes.

Indio sits in the Coachella Valley, where summer heat is in a category of its own. Concrete here takes sun and temperature that would be considered extreme anywhere else we work, and pool decks in particular have to be built for barefoot use in genuinely punishing conditions.

UV is equally punishing. Standard epoxy has no business on an exterior slab in this valley — it will amber and chalk quickly. Penetrating stains and UV-stable systems are what hold their color, and there is no point pretending otherwise to make a sale.

Everything in Indio comes back to heat. Summer here regularly runs well past anything the inland valley sees, and an uncoated or dark-colored pool deck simply cannot be walked on barefoot for months of the year.

Indio FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Indio, questions

Do you come out to the Coachella Valley?

Yes. Indio and the surrounding valley are within our service area, and estimates are free and on site. It is a longer run from Wildomar, so we will usually look to schedule it sensibly with other work out that way.

Why does epoxy peel, and how do you stop it?

Epoxy peels for one reason nearly every time: it was put over concrete that was not opened up first. If the slab is sealed, dusty, oily or still holding moisture, the coating has nothing to grip and it lets go in sheets a year or two later. We grind every floor mechanically before a drop of product goes down. That step is most of the cost and all of the reason it lasts.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?

We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.
