Why David Paul Foster Co. in Ontario

Interior Concrete Staining in Ontario, done right.

Stained and sealed interior slabs in copper, amber, brown, gray and terracotta — color in the concrete, not on it. We work Ontario from the historic Euclid Avenue blocks out to the logistics ground near the airport, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply interior concrete staining across Ontario and the surrounding area, including Upland, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills.

What's included

  • Acid and water-based stains that react with or soak into the slab, not a film on top
  • Copper, amber, brown, gray, terracotta and red tones, blended or single-color
  • Scored tile, diamond and border patterns cut into the floor before staining
  • Sealed to the gloss you want, from satin to a full reflection
  • Living rooms, kitchens, hallways, entries, offices and clinics
  • Old flooring, glue and coatings removed and the slab prepped by our own crews
Interior Concrete Staining in Ontario

Built for Ontario homes.

Ontario pairs a genuinely old city center along Euclid Avenue with one of the largest concentrations of airport-adjacent logistics property in the state. We work both ends: period residential concrete downtown, and very large industrial floors out toward the airport and the freeway.

Downtown, around Euclid, the work is smaller and older — period driveways, porches and patios where staining generally beats coating.

The industrial side is the volume. Airport-adjacent distribution buildings turn over tenants, and every turnover tends to bring a floor that needs stripping before the new occupier coats or polishes it. Coating and mastic removal at that scale is machinery-and-crew work, and it is a service we run for other contractors as well as for building owners directly.

Ontario FAQs

Interior Concrete Staining in Ontario, questions

Do you work on the older homes around Euclid Avenue?

Yes, and it is a different job entirely from the industrial side. Period concrete downtown usually suits a penetrating stain rather than a coating, so the finish reads as part of the slab rather than a modern film over a hundred-year-old porch.

Can you stain the slab under my existing flooring?

Usually, yes. We take up the carpet, tile or laminate, remove the glue and any old coating, and grind the slab so the stain takes evenly. What is under there decides the final look, so we check it before we quote.

Will the color fade or wear off?

The stain is in the concrete, not on it, so it does not peel or chip the way paint does. The sealer on top is what takes the wear, and it can be recoated in a day without redoing the floor.
