Why David Paul Foster Co. in Temecula

Interior Concrete Staining in Temecula, done right.

Stained and sealed interior slabs in copper, amber, brown, gray and terracotta — color in the concrete, not on it. We work Temecula from Old Town out to the wine country estates along Rancho California Road, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply interior concrete staining across Temecula and the surrounding area, including Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Hemet.

What's included

  • Acid and water-based stains that react with or soak into the slab, not a film on top
  • Copper, amber, brown, gray, terracotta and red tones, blended or single-color
  • Scored tile, diamond and border patterns cut into the floor before staining
  • Sealed to the gloss you want, from satin to a full reflection
  • Living rooms, kitchens, hallways, entries, offices and clinics
  • Old flooring, glue and coatings removed and the slab prepped by our own crews
Interior Concrete Staining in Temecula

Built for Temecula homes.

Temecula runs from the preserved storefronts of Old Town out to estate properties in the wine country east of town, and the concrete work follows that spread. The older streets have decades-old slabs worth restoring. The estates bring long driveways, large pool decks and rock features that all have to read as one piece.

On the older blocks near Old Town it is a different job. The concrete there has real age on it, occasionally real character, and the right answer is often restoration rather than anything that hides what is already there.

Temecula is where we do the most decorative work. The wine country properties in particular tend to want the whole exterior tied together — driveway, patio, pool deck, steps and any faux rock or waterfall around the pool sharing one palette, rather than each being a separate decision made years apart.

Temecula FAQs

Interior Concrete Staining in Temecula, questions

Do you work on the older properties around Old Town?

Yes. Older Temecula concrete frequently deserves restoring rather than covering, and we will tell you honestly which yours is. If a slab has character worth keeping, saying so is more use to you than selling an overlay over the top of it.

Can you stain the slab under my existing flooring?

Usually, yes. We take up the carpet, tile or laminate, remove the glue and any old coating, and grind the slab so the stain takes evenly. What is under there decides the final look, so we check it before we quote.

Will the color fade or wear off?

The stain is in the concrete, not on it, so it does not peel or chip the way paint does. The sealer on top is what takes the wear, and it can be recoated in a day without redoing the floor.
