Why David Paul Foster Co. in Chino

Microtopping & Concrete Overlays in Chino, done right.

Thin cementitious overlays that give old concrete a completely new surface, indoors or out. We work Chino from the agricultural edge on the south side up to the newer neighborhoods near the Preserve, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply microtopping & concrete overlays across Chino and the surrounding area, including Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.

What's included

  • Applied directly over existing concrete — no demolition, no new slab
  • Knock-down texture, flagstone, tile, brick, cobblestone and more
  • Existing cracks worked into the pattern rather than left as a flaw
  • Dexite overlay system
  • Patios, pool decks, driveways, walkways and entries
  • Costs less than removing and repouring the slab
Microtopping & Concrete Overlays in Chino

Built for Chino homes.

Chino still has genuine agricultural ground on its southern edge alongside newer residential development, and it carries a substantial amount of light industrial and equestrian property. That mix means we do barn and yard concrete here as often as we do garage floors.

Chino sits at the western end of the inland valley and takes plenty of summer heat, so exterior finishes follow the same rule as everywhere else on this side of the county: nothing that ambers under UV.

Equestrian and agricultural concrete is its own problem. Barn aisles, wash racks and feed areas take constant moisture, manure and chemical wash-down, and they need slip resistance while wet more than they need to look impressive. Specifying those floors like a garage is a mistake.

Chino FAQs

Microtopping & Concrete Overlays in Chino, questions

Do you cover the newer developments as well?

All of Chino. The Preserve and the newer neighborhoods mostly bring young, sound slabs that were left bare when the houses were built and are now being finished properly — garage floors, patios and pool decks.

What patterns can I have?

From a basic knock-down texture through to flagstone, tile, brick and cobblestone. We offer Dexite, an overlay system built for exactly this, and the design goes on directly over the existing concrete.

How long does it last?

It is a cementitious overlay bonded to a properly prepared slab, so its life comes down to the prep underneath it — which is the part of the job we have spent fifty years getting right.
