Why David Paul Foster Co. in Rialto

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Rialto.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Rialto from the older streets around the Riverside Avenue corridor out to the industrial ground on the north side, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Rialto and the surrounding area, including Fontana, San Bernardino, Riverside, Jurupa Valley.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Rialto

Built for Rialto homes.

Rialto is a working city with a long industrial spine and a lot of mid-century housing. The concrete reflects that mix: warehouse and yard slabs on one side of town, settled residential driveways and patios of some age on the other.

Across both, we would rather tell an owner that their slab is fine and only needs the surface addressed than sell a replacement. Most of the time in Rialto that is the honest answer.

Yard and dock slabs are a Rialto speciality for us. Exterior industrial concrete has a harder life than interior floors — full sun, vehicle traffic, oil and fuel, and no roof over any of it — and it fails differently. Coatings that would be fine inside a building do not last in a yard, and we specify accordingly.

Rialto FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Rialto, questions

Do you offer free estimates out here?

Yes, free and on site, across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Dave runs them Tuesday through Thursday and comes out to look at the concrete himself rather than pricing it off a photograph.

Why does epoxy peel, and how do you stop it?

Epoxy peels for one reason nearly every time: it was put over concrete that was not opened up first. If the slab is sealed, dusty, oily or still holding moisture, the coating has nothing to grip and it lets go in sheets a year or two later. We grind every floor mechanically before a drop of product goes down. That step is most of the cost and all of the reason it lasts.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?

We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.
